Abstract:

A network G(C+) is given, where V is the set of nodes, E is the set of edges, C+ is the capacity vector of the edge set E. There are n plans for expanding the capacity gap (F) (defined in this paper) to R. This article evaluates the efficiency of these expansion plans and chooses the optimal plan based on the constraint of resources.
