A new method for determining the objective weight of decision makers is proposed. It provides the objective weight of decision makers in two parts as personal reliability weight and group reliability weight. The information from every judgement matrix is derived to determine the personal reliability weight, and then the similarity of all judgement matrices is given to determine the group reliabliity weight. In the end, the personal reliability weight and the group reliability weight are combined into the final objective weight of the decision makers. This method is illustrated by an example.
