This paper discusses the inventory problem under uncertainty, which is handled by fuzzy method. In the article, we briefly introduce fuzzy theory, then describe the representation of fuzzy parameters in inventory management. A fuzzy model of single-inventory with multi-fuzzy parameters is derived and defuzzified by the Graded Mean Integration Representation, where shortage is backordered, and an optimal order is determined. Finally, by giving a demonstration, it is indicated that to treat inventory problem by fuzzy method is applicable to reality under uncertainty and is of great value.
