This paper uses the third index of Yager to transform fuzzy numbers into non-fuzzy numbers, and convert triangular fuzzy numbers in expert judgment matrices into exact ones. Based on the exact numbers, priorities of complementary judgment matrices are provided. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is shown by example.
