On the basis of total cost and service level, the authors have given a model for fuzzy physical distribution problems. Meanwhile, using the selective method of expectation, the local search method and the genetic algorithm, the authors construct a hybrid genetic algorithm for this problem. Demonstrating with a example in solving physical distribution problem through this method, the result converges fast to a best solution.
