The aim of this paper is to study group decision-making problems, in which the information provided by decision-makers (experts) about the alternatives can be of different forms. Firstly, three forms of preference information (preference orderings, utility values and fuzzy complementary judgment matrix) are combined into reciprocal judgment matrices by using transformation formulas. Secondly, we make use of the ordered weighted averaging (OWA) operator for aggregating the decision-making information uniformly. Further, the alternatives are ranked by using the relative dominance degree which is aggregated by OWA operator. A new method based on OWA operators for group decision-making problems is proposed. Finally, an example is illustrated to show the feasibility and practicability of the method.
