The minimal determining set without consistency choice and the set's unique existence

The unique existence condition for minimal determining set of social choice function is studied, when independent irrelevant condition is replaced by independent decisiveness condition. Notions about consistency and rationale of choice are introduced at first, then the unique existence condition of minimal determining set is gained when choice function without consistency and rationale, and the conclusion is generalized to non-binary choice function, at last a proof is given.
