In this paper, minimum discount cost is discussed for project scheduling by AoN (activity-on-node) networks approach, and investment scheduling model is proposed for logistics project. The linear programming model for logistics is then proposed in order to solve minimum discount cost. The linear programming model is provided to control and manage logistics project scheduling.
