Abstract:

In this paper, we give the method of partial differential equation, by which we study the joint queue length distribution for set of M/M/∞ queues driven by the common arrival process. We get the multivariate generating function for instantaneous joint queue length distribution under any initial condition, and discuss the joint distribution for steady-state queue length and the related property among queuing systems.
