In recent years, modern engineering projects, especially large-scale engineering projects, have some new characteristics as follows. 1) The projects are becoming larger and larger in scale. 2) The project complexity is increasing. 3) More and more projects cannot be executed successfully unless there is cooperation. According to these characteristics, this paper puts forward a new modelling method based on Multi-Agent Systems for the Resource Constrained Project Scheduling Problem and it was verified by experimentation.
