We propose a newsboy problem with independent compensable selling. If there are surplus goods, give a reduced-price compensation selling. Assume the variables of the demand are independent of each other in the period of two selling, we give the maths model of the relation between the order quantity and the profit, and give the specific analysis of the model on the uniform distribution.
