An interactive algorithm for adjusting inconsistency judgment matrix is proposed. By the algorithm, several rational solutions can be obtained, and those solutions fitted to the consistency required. Meanwhile experts or decision maker can choose any one from the solutions that they think is satisfactory. Experiments indicate that the algorithm is effective and practical.
