Evaluating project performance by combining data envelopment analysis and project management maturity model

To fully consider the influence of factors such as funds and the decision-making ability of managers on the project performance, we combine the Data Envelopment Analysis approach and the Project Management Maturity Model in this paper to evaluate the relative performances of different projects in a corporation. Application results show that our approach is very efficient for optimally distributing resources of the corporation and enhancing the total performance.
