ELECTRE is a method of multiple attribute decision making. This paper proposes that the outranking relationship is established at some risk and this idea can be used for risky decision-making. According to the idea, this paper presents a risky decision making method based on ELECTRE and analyses the partial ordering structure that results. Finally, it gives actual examples to demonstrate the simplicity and practicality of the method proposed.
