Due to the limitations of productive capability of themselves, there is no way for manufacturing enterprises under mass customization (MC) to satisfy customers' demands one by one. They can only satisfy customers' demands by making their production more efficiently based on analyzing the existing demand of individual customers, the enterprises' productive capability and sizes. In this paper, we classify it as a problem of production assignment and propose a linear programming model to solve the problem. In the model, we quantify customers' demand and enterprises' output. Further, we run the model through an example and give the optimized solution of how to arrange the production of the assumed enterprise in the example.
