This paper studies the decision making problem with finite alternatives, in which the decision information takes the form of a triangular fuzzy number complementary judgement matrix. A fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operator is presented and then utilized to aggregate the information given in the form of a triangular fuzzy number complementary judgement matrix. The priority vector of this triangular fuzzy number complementary judgement matrix is also obtained by means of the expected values of triangular fuzzy numbers, and then used to rank the decision alternatives. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the method.
