Research on giving weight for performance indicator based on the multi-strategy method

This paper describes the significance of enterprise performance evaluation; the formalization description of enterprise performance evaluation and the treatment method of indicator data are also given. In order to give weight correctly, a new method based on multi-strategy is put forward. Several methods are integrated and the weight difference coefficient is put forward to adjust the weight given by the subjective method, then the results are used as the learning sample to train the artificial neural network. Finally, an example is given in this paper.
