A grey relation grade method of calculating weights in multiobjective decision-making is put forward, which fully utilizes the relativity of the target value of the various factors. The thinking pattern of the building model is quite clear. There is a big difference in comprehensive evaluation value between the factors. A practical example is also given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
