For the fuzzy group decision making problem, in which the preference patterns of both individual and group are fuzzy, the majority fuzzy rule is provided. Its propositions and relationships with the fuzzy preferences axiomatic system are analyzed. The majority fuzzy rule is an extension of the majority rule for the pure preference pattern.
