Simulation as a powerful tool for analysis and design of systems can be brought directly to the control of the end users by means of intelligent interface systems. This would eliminate the need for hiring the services of simulation analysts and increases the speed of system analysis and design, thereby resulting in more timely information. This article presents a simulation environment for production/distribution domain in which natural language is used as the sole means of representing the system under simulation analysis.
