The temporal aspects of operations management under fuzzy durations are investigated. It is proposed the models of fuzzy temporal characteristics of operations on the basis of direct application of the extension principle of Zadeh to the critical path method. Method of computing of the fuzzy time windows for floats and the latest start and completion of operations on the basis of graph decomposition is represented. The method is demonstrated by an example problem.
