A fuzzy decision making method for information systems outsourcing

The purpose of this paper is to study a decision problem for information systems outsourcing. From the point of view of users, five factors (management, strategy, economics, technology and quality) are considered. Based on these factors, a fuzzy multiple attribute decision making method for information systems outsourcing is proposed. In this method, the decision basis for making information systems outsourcing decision is provided. A numerical example is given to illustrate the use of the proposed method.
