A kind of effective fuzzy decision-making model is presented. The model can be used for the decision analysis of cooperative and competitive actions based on a two-player competitive situation. Each player's total performance was computed by adding absolute performance to relative performance in the model. The model represents the relation between the cooperation degree and the objective and subjective factors. An optimal solution to the proposed model was then analyzed according to fuzzy optimizing technique and game theory in the fuzzy sense. The proposed method can be used for the partner to obtain a rational behavior of optimal total performance under an uncertainty environment. It provides useful reference decision-making strategy for the decision maker or competitor under the ideal competitive situation.
