In this paper, a new method is proposed for solving the weights of the attributes based on a certain hierarchical and interactive model. In this model there are certain limits and rules given by the superior; under the given limits the weight of every element can be assumed based on certain favors. And then the inferior submit them to the superior. The referenced weight of the system can be synthesized according to the feedback of the weights. Then the inferior will resume the weights of all elements according to the referenced weight of the system and submit them to the superior. After this interactive process ending at a certain state, the synthetical weight of the system will be fixed. An example given at the end of the paper shows the process of this method.
