This paper studies uncertain multi-attribute decision making problems with preference information on alternatives, in which information on attribute weights is unknown completely and attribute values are interval numbers, and presents a formula based on deviation degree for deriving attribute weights. A new method based on possibility degree is given to get the priorities of alternatives. The method can sufficiently utilize the normalized fuzzy evaluation information and meet the requirements of decision-maker, and can also be performed on computer easily. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed method.
