This paper transfers the problem of optimal bus dispatching into two relatively independent problems. The least number of buses is determined by the number of the passengers and the timetable is determined by the passengers' arrival pattern. Based on these, this paper gives a solution to the least number of buses and the feasible optimized timetable.
