A new multi-objective decision making method for selecting sites for projects is proposed. Firstly, the fuzzy relationship synthetic matrix is calculated. Then the problem of site selection of projects under every situation is converted to a fuzzy assignment problem or a fuzzy generalized assignment problem, and then its optimal solution can be easily obtained by the Hungarian algorithm. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated by a practical example.
