Optimizing the topology of networks and algorithms

The definition of the topology of networks is given. The model of the optimizing problem was constructed, based on the optimizing problem of mesh communication networks. A better solution to this problem, which satisfies not only the requirement of cost, but also the requirement of minimizing congestion, was achieved relatively successfully by using this method. This research of this problem is valuable for practical applications and the research of dynamic networks.
