This paper gives a definition of a rank transitive fuzzy complementary judgment matrix, and presents a priority method – for the least variance priority method for fuzzy complementary judgment matrices. Some desirable properties such as rank preservation, permutation invariability, etc. are proved. The method develops the theory and methodology of priority of fuzzy complementary judgment matrix. Finally, a numerical example is given.
