A new study on determining the weight of the index in a synthetic weighted mark method

In a study of the problem of determining the weights of indexes in the synthetic weighted mark method, this paper analyses the shortcoming of the method of determining the index's weight subjectively and objectively that has generally been used. It gives a method of determining the synthetic weights of indexes that include both subjective favoritism and objective information. Thus the synthetic weighted mark method becomes more reasonable and reliable.
