A routing and scheduling hierarchy model is initially built for postal transportation operations in China based on the analysis of important factors. This model divides postal logistics planning into three steps: routing, scheduling and transporting with schema for these automatically generating by a computer. Fuzzy decision methods make optimized schema reasonable on a time/cost effective base.
