Decision-making model incorporating risk behavior under project risk management

This paper adopts an alternative approach to investigate risk behaviour through the investigation of risk characteristic. Following a review of risk characteristics, this study establishes the concept of risk attractiveness, risk constraints and a risk balance process. These conceptual developments lead this study to the establishment of a risk-behaviour decision-making model which integrates risk management techniques and risk behaviour.
