Abstract:

In the first part of this paper, attribute value matrices are transformed into a fuzzy relationship synthetic matrix. Then by combining the fuzzy relationship synthetic matrix with the Hungarian method (which solves the assignment problem), a new decision-making method for a constrained system with multiple objectives is proposed in this paper. Its mode is given and the optimal solution can be easily obtained by the Hungarian algorithm.
