A new method for solving the multi-objective transportation problem with fuzzy information is presented in this paper. At first, employing expert opinion, the fuzzy synthetical attribute values of transporting a unit of the product from origins to destinations are aggregated using fuzzy arithmetic. Then, by using a method of ranking of fuzzy numbers, the problem can be converted to a classical single objective transportation problem which can be solved simply. A numerical example is given to illustrate the proposed method.
