This paper gives a solution for dealing with adverse judgement in analytic hierarchy process. Making use of statistics theory, the method judges adversely the information that experts provide in their judgement matrix, thereby arrange experts' appraisal level in order, and through real examples, the author tests the practical price and effect of the method.
