In this paper, which is concerned with the problem of weighting in multi-object decisions, a synthetic weighting method connecting the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi with artificial neural networks is represented based on analysing two kinds of weighting methods, and the software Matlab5.1 is used to illustrate it.
