Abstract:

This paper describes the development process of a system for synthetic optimal selection and decision making of the variant projects in railway location, which is based on the multiobjective fuzzy synthetic optimal selection model, along with an application for an engineering project. It solves the problem that sometimes the traditional method fails to select the optimal project if there is correlation among the quantitative indices and qualitative ones.
