In this paper, we present a predictive model for dynamic network traffic assignment. We derive the optimal conditions using optimal control theory and optimization and the economic interpretation of an optimal solution is given. Users' predicted travel costs depend on advanced traveller information system. It is a reasonably accurate model of a real traffic network.
