Automated supply chain management is the heart of electronic commerce and yet some methods of supply chain management (SCM) in existence are not suited for electronic commerce. This paper constructs a multi-agent system framework of SCM by analyzing the common processes of SCM, and proposed a fuzzy similarities-based multi-issue decision making in agent negotiation. This is a win–win method.
