This paper proposes a distributed-centralized HLA simulation architecture. Then it describes a method of analysing the hierarchical scheduling problem and its time Petri net model for performance analysis. The method compromises with as-fast-as-possible analysis federates and independent time advance real-time federates on time service demand, and it solves the real-time co-operative problem among continuous simulation applications.
