The analytic hierarchy process is often used to solve the problem of rank order in an uncertain environment. In this case, the information in each comparison matrix is different from each other. So the useful information should be used and the useless information should be filtered. A filter function demonstrated here can realize the above idea and improve the decision accuracy.
