An analysis of the maximum operational expenditures for large and medium key hydroprojects

This paper provides an approach for analyzing the capital operation and market-oriented concerns for efficient operation and development of hydroprojects, and illustrates the calculation of the maximum operational expenditure for large and medium hydroprojects at planning stage and/or under construction, and provides case studies for large hydroprojects. This research provides a scientific and technological basis for policy-making of large and medium hydroprojects.
