Discussion and improvement on calculating quotiety using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process

This paper analyses the limitation of calculating the quotiety of the Analytic Hierarchy Process indicator using a triangle fuzzy matrix. By introducing the reliability factor of the specialists' judgement, it improves the original calculation method, so that not only the information of the triangle fuzzy matrix is used, but also the general rigid evaluation is changed into an elastic evaluation, which increases the reliability of the evaluation results.
