Traditional risk analysis refers chiefly to the choice of a single index with specified probability. Common methods are: those averages, variance, coefficient of variability and variable satisfaction. On the basis of the traditional risk decision the multi-index risk decision problem is raised and solved by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process probabilistically. An example is cited to explain how to apply this method.
