A kind of decision-making method-lexicographic for resource-constrained research and development ordering method is proposed. On the basis of analysing conditions for constructing rational lexicographic ordering, lexicographic ordering satisfying monotonically conditions is defined. Reducible algorithm for evaluating optimal alternative subset and some related results are given.
