Abstract:

Complete information can not possibly be collected for comprehensive evaluation of market systems. A discrete sample method was proposed based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to account for environmental variations under market economy conditions. The model combines fuzzy mathematics theory with statistical methods by using fuzzy probability. The model deduces the membership degrees of the general aggregate from the degrees of the sample. With the sample model, the comprehensive evaluation result is not sensitive to the number of evaluation objects, thus overcoming the statistical difficulties. The model has been applied to project management and legal measurement supervision to verify its efficiency.
