In order to utilise a testing-resource efficiently and improve the result, we consider the dynamic resource allocation strategy where the testing process is divided into several periods and the testing resource is allocated to every software-module in each test period. In this paper, two kinds of models are discussed: (1) minimise the mean number of remaining faults in the modules when a fixed amount of resource is given and (2) minimise the required amount of resource while the mean number of remaining faults in the modules is equal to a given requirement.
