Abstract:

It is discussed how to transform the multi-person bi-level multi-objective decision making problem into the equivalent generalized multi-objective decision making problem by using Karush–Kuhn–Tucker sufficient and necessary condition. In order to embody the decision maker's hope and desire, the quantitative description of satisfactoriness and preferred solution are given, and are transformed into single-objective decision making problem with the help of e-constraint method. Then the global optimal solution can be obtained by means of simulated annealing algorithm.
