This article analyses systematically the problem in comprehensive evaluation of soft index by using the fuzzy mathematical methods of thinking, covering the whole course from extracting and disposing the original evaluation information to obtaining and analyzing the evaluative results. It, for the first time, puts forward the group principle and the anti-interference function of the group function, and the basic way of enriching the result of comprehensive evaluation. The article also puts forward the methods to evaluate quantitatively the quality state of the whole sample set involved as well as the evaluation level and abnormality of the people set involved, which provides the evaluation organizers with the grounds for the choice of the evaluation methods and with abundant quantitative information on the correct and comprehensive acquisition, analysis and application of the evaluation results obtained as well as the raising of directional advice from the macroscopic point of view.
