In the group decision making process, how to aggregate individual's preference into the group preference is a key issue for group decision making methods based on utility function. In this paper, a measure of the satisfaction and fairness and a method of group decision making based on these measures are provided, and the group utility function is aggregated through interactively resolving a mathematical programming problem.
